Trusthelm offers the following services:

• Handyman services, including repairs, installations, and maintenance.

• Residential and vacation rental cleaning.

• Holiday decorating, including Christmas light hanging.

• Mobile car detailing.

• Property management.

Additional services may be offered upon request.

2. Booking and Payments

• Scheduling: All services must be booked in advance. Scheduling is subject to availability.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Access: Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property or area where services will be performed.

• Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their service needs.

4. Service Limitations

• Trusthelm reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are encountered.

• Certain services may require additional fees or assessments based on the scope of work.

5. Liability

• Damage to Property: Trusthelm will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to our services.

• Limit of Liability: Our liability is limited to the total cost of the services provided.

6. Privacy

• Client Information: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations.

7. Dispute Resolution

8. Amendments

Trusthelm reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
